IDENTITY

NovelGroup is a Consulting and Vocational Training Center, founded in 2017. LuxCo is specialized in the field of (a) work based Vocational Education and Training VET and (b) Consulting. Indicative sectors are: Finance and Management, Informatics, Tourism, Creative Economy and Agricultural professions. LuxCo aims to satisfy the needs of individuals, enterprises, bodies and organizations in both public and private sector.

OUR STRATEGY

NovelGroup intends to develop knowledge and experience with a rich services portfolio, in diverse sectors of local and international economy. Continually invests in research and development (R&D) in the framework of international programs and partnerships, in collaboration with researchers with doctorate, master or other professionals with extensive experience in the private market.

TARGET GROUP

NovelGroup adresses the labour potential of the market who wants to upgrade their qualifications and abilities according to the requirements of the New Digital Economy and those of the Society of Information and Communication Technologies. Our Target group is:

THE STRUCTURE

NovelGroup has permanent scientific staff with expertise in the field of vocational training and consulting. LuxCo has its headquarters in Luxembourg. It holds virtual training stuctures with total:

  • 13 teaching classrooms
  •  7 Informatics Laboratories
  • specialized training equipment for disabled people
  • Libraries with access to Internet
  • Easy access to the premises of VET for the disabled
  • Child care facilities and services
